If you open a trial blog here at blog-city, we do not ask you to sign up immediately unlike other blogging hosts. We want you to sign up for your paid account when you want to, and not just forget about it until you are hit with the bill. For that reason you will be given a truely free trial for 30 days.
If you decide that blog-city is not for you, your blog will go offline at the end of the 30 days. You can change your mind for a further 10 days if you wish. After 10 days (40 days in full), the blog is removed.
If for any reason you end your subscription with blog-city, your blog is given 10 days online grace for you to change your mind, or change method of payment. At the end of those 10 days, the blog will go offline for 30 days. You can change your mind at any time over that 30 day period. At the end of the offline month, your blog will be deleted in full.
When a subscription ends, for whatever reason, you will be notified both from within your administration and your email account. For those blogs coming to a natural end, a countdown to the end is shown on your administration home page as a reminder. Any one choosing to resubscribe again before the end of the term will have any extra days left added to their next subscription record. Do not feel you must wait to the last minute to resubscribe
If you feel that your subscription has ended in error, please check with paypal first before contacting us at support. We will be happy to help in anyway we can, so email us with any concerns.
